APPLICATION FOR TRANSLATION OF DRIVER'S LICENSE
The Italian Motorizazione accepts the conversion of Philippine driver's licenses if it was obtained by a Filipino citizen before he has acquired his residency (Residencia). If the Philippine driver's license was obtained after obtaining residency, the Italian Motorizazione will no longer accept it for conversion. The applicant has to obtain an Italian driving license following the normal procedures by enrolling in a driving school and then taking the Italian driving examinations.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Duly accomplished application form
2. Application fee: €25.00
3. Laminated Philippine license and LTO Official Receipt (originals and 2 photocopies), License and OR will be subject to verification for authenticity
4. Current Philippine Passport (original and 1 photocopy)
5. Carta d' Identita (original and 1 photocopy)
6. Permesso di Soggiorno (original and 1 photocopy)
7. Certificato di Residencia (original and 1 photocopy)
Release date: Two (2) working days after filing of application.
