Philippine Consulate General in Milan, Italy

The Consulate General does not process applications for NBI clearance. The Consulate General only facilitates the affixing of the applicant's fingerprints in the NBI Fingerprint Card Form which must be sent to the NBI in Manila.

A. REQUIREMENTS
1. Latest passport (original and photocopy)
2. Application fee: €25.00
3. One (1) black and white picture size 2" x 2" with white background (taken within three (3) months prior to your application).

B. PROCEDURE
1. Submit required documents to the PROCESSOR for evaluation.
2. Upon approval by the PROCESSOR, proceed to the CASHIER for payment of application fee.
3. Proceed to the CONSULAR AREA for affixing of fingerprints.
